This no-refund policy applies to:
- Domain names purchased, leased, or acquired on your behalf.
- Deposits and full payments for web development or design projects.
- Payments for SEO, content writing, or digital marketing packages.
- Consultation fees and service retainers.
3. Service Revisions
While we do not provide refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction. Our service agreements typically include a set number of revisions (e.g., up to two rounds) within the defined scope of work. We will work diligently to ensure the final deliverables meet the objectives outlined in our project agreement. Any revision requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
