1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Ansel Web Solutions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("client", "you") and Ansel Web Solutions FZE ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the anselwebsolutions.com website as well as any services provided. You agree that by accessing the site or engaging our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Ansel Web Solutions provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to: website development and design, domain name sales and leasing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content marketing, and e-commerce solutions. All services are provided as described in the specific project proposal or service agreement.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to provide all necessary materials, information, and content required for the project in a timely manner. You are also responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to keep the project on schedule. You guarantee that all elements of text, images, or other artwork provided are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.
4. Payment and Fees
Service fees are outlined in the project proposal. Unless otherwise specified, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final handover of the website or digital assets. All payments are to be made in the currency specified in the invoice (AED or USD).
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of final payment, all rights and ownership of the completed and delivered web design, content, and other visual elements are transferred to you. We retain the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our online portfolio and for marketing purposes.
6. Domain Name Transactions
All domain name sales are final and non-refundable. Domains are provided "as-is" and we make no warranty regarding their future value, traffic, or search engine performance. Leased domains remain the property of Ansel Web Solutions and must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ansel Web Solutions will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials or services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid for the specific service rendered.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date, and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
